Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Camp Supervisor to oversee day-to-day camp operations, ensure safety, hygiene, and welfare for residents, and enforce camp rules. The role requires strong team leadership and experience in managing accommodation facilities.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in a similar role, and a background that includes coordinating with multiple departments to maintain order and safety in a camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth functioning of accommodation facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the camp premises.
• Enforce camp rules and discipline as per management guidance and authorities.
• Address resident complaints, requests, and welfare concerns professionally.
• Maintain records of occupants, visitors, incidents, maintenance requests, and inspections.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Maintenance, Transport, Catering, and Security teams.

• Camp Operations Management - Supervise daily camp ac vi es and ensure smooth functioning of all accommodation facilities.

• Security & Discipline - Enforce camp rules and regulations in the camp as per management instruction and advised by authorities.
• Resident Welfare & Support - Address resident complaints, requests, and welfare concern professionally.
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain updated records of occupants, visitors, incidents, maintenance requests, and inspections.
• Prohibition Policy Enforcement
• Coordination Duties - Liaise with HR, Administration, Maintenance, Transport, Catering, and Security departments.
