Job summary

The Camp Manager role oversees day-to-day management of accommodation facilities housing IRATA certified rope access technicians, drivers and staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained living environment that supports workforce productivity, welfare and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include supervising Camp Supervisors, coordinating facilities operations across locations, enforcing HSE policies, managing logistics and acting as the main liaison

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Camp Manager.
• Strong experience in supervising a team.
