Qualifikationen

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional calls.
• Experience or familiarity with Contact Centers, call handling systems and SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, data entry, and CRM or call center software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and communicate clearly in English; additional languages a plus.
