Job summary

The ideal candidate has recent UAE hospitality supervisory experience, excellent English communication, and a customer-centered approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback calmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage scheduling, delegate tasks, and support staff performance during peak hours.
• Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene standards, and on-site operational procedures in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in cash handling and inventory monitoring.
• Comfort working on-site and standing for extended periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the United Arab Emirates F&B sector or similar regional context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close cafe operations, ensuring all procedures are followed and standards are met.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, taking corrective action as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently maintained on site.
• Organize staff schedules and assign tasks to support smooth shifts.
• Guide and support team members during shifts and assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate inventory checks and supply ordering to avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotions and improve workflow, including on-floor presence during busy periods.
