Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cafe schedules and operations.
• Train junior staff according to company policies.
• Brief staff on cafe policies and standards.
• Ensure coffee/tea equipment is functioning properly.
• Oversee daily cleaning per operations schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers for resources.
• Maintain friendly customer relations.
• Manage shift scheduling and coverage.
• Uphold service quality and standards.
• Coordinate with bakery and chef to plan menus.
