Job summary

NADIA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, strong sales performance, cost control, and strict adherence to food safety and company standards.

You will lead, train, schedule, and supervise the team; manage cash handling, POS transactions, stock and inventory; monitor hygiene, health and safety, and regulatory compliance; and plan company events, catering, pop-ups, and off-site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B or hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sales, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and food safety.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; event management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the cafe team.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, stock management, and operational reports.
• Ensure strict hygiene, grooming, food safety, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Plan and manage company events, catering, pop-ups, and off-site operations.
• Maintain company assets, records, and regulatory compliance.
