Lead cafe teams, schedule and train staff, maintain food safety and hygiene, and monitor quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

You'll optimize costs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Experience managing teams and café operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth opening/closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle complaints promptly.
• Supervise, train, and motivate café staff; manage schedules and attendance.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets and monitor labor costs.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize waste.
