Job summary

You will manage daily operations, budgets, and supplier relationships while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Ideal candidate has a university degree in hospitality, at least 5 years in F&B, strong operational and interpersonal skills, UAE driving license, and PIC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally a University Degree /Bachelor’s or Master’s/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role or F&B Industry.
• Excellent operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and customer service are a must.
• UAE Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by motivating, mentoring, training, and reviewing staff.
• Plan budgets for operations and seek cost-effective solutions.
• Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards across outlets.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes for attendance and leaves.
