Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Café Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and drive sales and profitability.

Lead cafe teams, schedule and train staff, maintain food safety and hygiene, and monitor quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

You'll optimize costs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Experience managing teams and café operations.
