Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled Structural Drafter to translate designs into precise CAD drawings and to produce 2D/3D models of structural elements for diverse projects. The candidate will prepare shop drawings for steel, concrete and timber and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve conflicts and ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• AutoCAD Certified Professional or similar certification.
• ≥5 years of structural drafting experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate structural designs into detailed CAD drawings with accurate dimensions.
• Create 2D/3D models of beams, columns, foundations, and reinforcement.
• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication details for steel, concrete, timber.
• Coordinate with PMs/engineers/architects to resolve design conflicts and ensure code compliance.
