Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced carpenter design specialist in Dubai to translate client visions into buildable carpentry designs. You will create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD tools for all carpentry components while collaborating with architects, contractors and clients to refine feasible solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of carpentry design experience, with strong 2D/3D CAD skills and knowledge of woodworking

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in carpentry design or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and material properties.

Responsibilities

• Translate client visions and functional requirements into detailed, buildable carpentry designs.
• Develop precise technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software for all carpentry elements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
• Select appropriate materials and hardware, considering aesthetics, durability, and budget constraints.
