Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Draughtsman (fit-out) to produce detailed CAD drawings and mentor the drafting team in Dubai. You will ensure accuracy, align with design specifications, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts into precise technical drawings.

The role requires 6-8 years in CAD drafting within construction or fit-out, proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CAD drafting within construction or fit-out.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, plans and diagrams using CAD software.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to draftsmen ensuring adherence to standards.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project managers to translate concepts into drawings.
• Stay updated on CAD software advancements and apply best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of drawings, revisions and design changes.
