Job summary

PlaceUp in Dubai seeks a skilled Draughtsman to create accurate technical, shop, and construction drawings for building projects, including MEP and façade scopes. The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect project requirements.

You will produce plans, elevations, sections, and details, handle drawing revisions, manage document control, and support submission, fabrication, and as-built deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3? 2–5 years experience as a Draughtsman in construction, MEP, façade or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical, construction, shop, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate drawings across architectural, structural, façade and MEP disciplines.
• Update drawings for site changes and prepare accurate as-built documentation.
• Review drawings for clashes, inconsistencies or technical issues.
• Prepare drawings for submission, fabrication and site execution.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions and document control.
