Job summary

Fitout Fixit Building Contracting L.L.C in the UAE seeks a skilled AutoCAD drafter with 3–5 years of UAE experience to prepare architectural plans and elevations for MEP, structure, and carpentry details. You will develop 3D elevations and shop drawings, revise drawings for site conditions, and ensure adherence to drafting standards.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), strong technical drawing skills, and effective communication to collaborate with developers and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
• Ability to prepare accurate production and shop drawings.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Languages: English, Arabic & Hindi.
• Nationality: India, Nepal & Pakistan.
• Software skills: Installation & operation of AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural plans and elevations for MEP and structural works for Developers – Emaar, Dubai Properties.
• Preparation of architectural plans and elevations for MEP and structure for Authority DM, DDA.
• Preparation of detailed technical drawings for carpentry – kitchen, vanities, wardrobes, etc.
• Preparation of landscaping plan sections and detail drawings.
• Develop shop drawings for manufacturing.
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Preparation of 3D elevation.
