Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a C2C Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to count and verify material and process receipts into the C2C PO Management System. The role requires tracking shipments, maintaining logs, and preparing reports for management.

You will coordinate logistics operations, communicate with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with ISO requirements while coordinating staff and optimizing procedures with ERP software.

The C2C Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for counting and verifying all material that is received and verifying information on tickets. Processing receipts into C2C PO Management System. Reporting any overages shortages or discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
• Communicate with suppliers retailers customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
