Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a C2C Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to count and verify material and process receipts into the C2C PO Management System. The role requires tracking shipments, maintaining logs, and preparing reports for management.

You will coordinate logistics operations, communicate with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with ISO requirements while coordinating staff and optimizing procedures with ERP software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises assets and communication channels are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g., drivers) according to availability and requirements.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to meet needs.
