Job summary

Concentrix in Dubai seeks a Voice and Accent Coach to elevate agents' spoken English to CEFR C1. This hands-on role trains Abu Dhabi and Ajman teams on accent and language, turning on-the-floor observations into practical habits for clear, confident customer interactions.

The coach assesses baselines, runs focused sessions, and supports ongoing development with pronunciation drills, grammar, and listening skills, while ensuring warmth and professionalism on every call.

Qualifications

• Spoken English at CEFR C1 or higher and coaching experience required.
• Experience training or coaching others in contact-centre settings.
• Able to work a flexible, 24/7 schedule with travel between UAE sites.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and basic data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own the path to C1: baseline assessments and tracking progress.
• Deliver accent and language training on live calls to show real-world impact.
• Develop and deliver pronunciation drills, phrase banks, and micro-lessons.
• Coach on call handling basics: warm openings, listening, empathy, and clear next steps.
• Support nesting for new joiners and refreshers for existing agents.
• Coordinate with Operations to fit coaching around shifts and service levels.
