Job summary

Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Voice and Accent Coach to train Abu Dhabi and Ajman teams on spoken English and accent, taking them to C1. This hands-on role involves on-floor coaching, listening to live calls, and turning observations into practical habits for immediate application.

The role focuses on clear, confident, easily understood speech, and does not erase individual identity. You will lead a structured path to C1 through baseline, training, practice, and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Own the path to C1: run baseline and reassessments, group agents into cohorts, maintain a personal plan and regular check-ins for every agent in scope.
• Deliver accent and language training and coach on live calls so progress shows up in real conversations, not just in classroom.
• Coach call-handling basics: warm opening and closing, active listening, empathy, ownership, polite hold and transfer etiquette, and clear next steps.
• Prepare agents for difficult moments: calm anxious or frustrated members and de-escalate without harming relationships.
• Strengthen tone and emotional intelligence so agents sound calm and caring on calls across sessions.
• Build cultural awareness for a diverse customer base and different communication styles.
• Track progress with assessments and quality trends, share monthly updates with Operations and Account leadership.
