Qualifications

• Must demonstrate Spoken English at CEFR C1 level or higher.
• Experience coaching or training others, formal or informal.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline CEFR-aligned assessments and create individual development plans for agents.
• Deliver on-floor training and coach during live calls to drive measurable improvements.
