Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf in Dubai invites an experienced Butler to join our luxury team. You will greet guests, escort to rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalised welcome while delivering seamless food and beverage service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a luxury 5-star setting, fluent English and another language, and proficiency with Opera PMS, HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and MS Office. We offer a tax-free AED salary, housing, healthcare, annual leave, and career development.

About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services, including arranging amenities and handling special requests.
• Deliver seamless food and beverage service, maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings and service etiquette.
• Carry out guest registration, cashiering, and related administrative tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions.
• Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service recovery and escalation when necessary

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable.
• Fluent in English and an additional language (Russian and European languages are desired).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
