Accorhotel in Abu Dhabi seeks a polished Butler/Guest Services professional to greet guests, orient rooms, and coordinate with room service for in-room dining and amenities. You will assist housekeeping, maintain wardrobes and guest items, and support valet and local bookings with discretion and professionalism.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally Butler services or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory experience in five-star hotels or luxury resorts is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and orient them to rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate with room service for in-room dining and removal of used items.
• Coordinate room servicing and assist housekeeping to standard.
• Maintain rooms and guest personal items in a clean, neat fashion.
• Unpack/pack luggage and assist guests with valet and requests.
• Provide local information, make bookings, and assist with reservations.
• Assist in restaurant, reception, luggage services, cleaning and maintenance as needed.

Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and its facilities Co-ordinate with room service all food and beverage items served in rooms and subsequent removal of used items Co-ordinate the servicing of guest room and assist Housekeeping in the cleaning and servicing of all rooms to required standard check that rooms are serviced to standard Maintain the guest s personal items clothing and wardrobes in a clean neat fashion throughout their stay Collect process check deliver all guests valet requirements perform simple pressing of guest clothing as necessary Unpack and pack guest s luggage as required by guests request Ensure Butler s pantry in a clean orderly manner at all times Maintain stock and charge in suite bars Assist guest with room and local information make bookings and reservations as required by guest Assist as required in the following areas restaurant reception luggage services back of house cleaning and maintenance

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferably in Butler services or hospitality operations Previous supervisory experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service with professionalism and discretion Excellent command of English additional languages particularly Russian Turkish or Arabic are an advantage Well-groomed guest-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required
