Qualifications

• Previous experience as a commis chef in hotel or restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Passionate about food and eager to learn.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary team in preparing dishes and mise en place.
• Prepare, trim, debone, and portion meat, poultry, and other butchery items.
• Label, store, and handle meat products safely per HACCP.
• Support with food pickup ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Assist Demi Chef De Parties and Chef De Parties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Monitor meat quality and report concerns.
