InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Commis II (Butchery) to join its luxury kitchen in Dubai. You will support the culinary team, assist with meat prep, and ensure HACCP-compliant handling of all products while maintaining clean, safe workstations.

The role offers exposure to a high-volume, five-star environment with ongoing learning and growth opportunities within the hotel’s expert culinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commis chef in hotel/restaurant.
• Strong food safety and hygiene practices.
• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate.

Responsabilités

• Assist with mise en place and setting up food and equipment.
• Prepare, trim, debone, and portion meat and other butcher products.
• Handle meat products safely, label, store, and maintain temps.
• Support Demi Chef de Parties and Chef de Parties in day-to-day operations.
• Keep butchery equipment and stations clean and sanitized.
