Job summary

MBG Corporate Services UAE is seeking a Business Setup Specialist to guide clients through company formation and corporate structuring across mainland, free zones, and offshore options. You will ensure regulatory compliance and a seamless client experience from inquiry to licensing.

You will manage end-to-end formation processes, coordinate with government authorities and free zones, assist with visas, and support renewals while building strong ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business setup / company formation in the region.
• Strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Experience dealing with Govt authorities, Free Zones, and government authorities.
• Understanding of local visa processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on local company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on business activity and objectives.
• Recommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictions.
• Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clients.
• Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes and licensing issuance.
• Coordinate investor, employment, and family visas with PRO/government liaison teams.
• Liaise with Govt Authorities, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce and other authorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journey and provide timely updates.
• Upsell and cross-sell related services such as visas, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards and maintain client records.

The role involves managing end-to-end business setup solutions, including mainland, free zone, and offshore company formations, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Business Setup

• Advise clients on local company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on business activity and objectives
• Recommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictions
• Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clients

Company Formation & Licensing

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes
• Coordinate trade name reservation, initial approvals, MOA, and license issuance
• Liaise with Govt Authorities, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities
• Coordinate investor, employment, and family visas in collaboration with PRO/government liaison teams
• Guide clients on visa quotas, eligibility, and timelines

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journey
• Provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of client queries
• Upsell and cross-sell related services such as visas, renewals, and amendments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely renewals of licenses and visas
• Stay updated on local regulations, free zone rules, and business laws

Post-Setup Services

• Assist with bank account opening documentation
• Support license renewals, amendments, partner changes, and branch setups
• Coordinate office space solutions and lease registrations where required
