Avyanco Business Setup Consultancy in Dubai is seeking motivated Business Setup Consultants to join our growing team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will work with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients to establish and expand their businesses in the UAE, offering strategic advisory across Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE business setup consultancy (2–3+ years preferred for experienced candidates).
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate tax and compliance.
• Ability to manage end-to-end company formation and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free zones, and DIFC).
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable jurisdictions and ownership structures.
• Guide clients through formation, licensing, and regulatory steps.
• Coordinate with PRO, compliance, banking, and tax teams.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and international clients.
• Drive consultative sales to achieve targets.
• Identify opportunities for additional services (accounting, tax, audit, banking).

We are looking for motivated and client-focused Business Setup Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will work with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients looking to establish and expand their businesses in the UAE.

For experienced candidates, this role involves strategic advisory across Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures, including corporate and family wealth structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Freezones, and DIFC.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable jurisdictions, business activities, and ownership structures.
• Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
• Support clients with corporate banking, KYC/AML requirements, tax, and compliance coordination.
• Manage the end-to-end company formation process with internal teams including PRO, compliance, banking, and tax.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients.
• Generate business through consultative selling and achieve sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as accounting, tax, audit, banking, and office solutions.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy experience will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of:

• UAE Mainland & Freezone company formation
• DIFC structures and regulations
• Business activities and licensing requirements
• UAE Corporate Tax and compliance
• HNI and international client management
• Cross-border business structuring
