You will identify and acquire new healthcare clients across Saudi Arabia, build relationships with hospitals and healthcare groups, and engage with senior decision-makers to tailor staffing and nursing solutions. Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and new business development experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong track record of independently winning new clients and closing deals.
• Experience selling healthcare solutions, staffing or related B2B services is highly preferred.
• Established relationships with hospitals or senior healthcare decision-makers in KSA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia for client meetings.
