You take real day-to-day work and turn it into a working standard: a clear trigger, sequence, responsibility, system step, handover and exception path. The result is not a slide deck. It is a process colleagues use without having to interpret it differently every time.
- See the whole flow: You map processes end to end, from the first trigger to the completed handover. You identify roles, inputs, outputs, systems, dependencies, approval points and exceptions before proposing a change.
- Turn knowledge into standards: You convert the agreed way of working into SOPs, checklists, templates and clear handover rules. Each standard states who owns it, when it applies and what a colleague needs to do next.
- Design Odoo workflows: You translate agreed process requirements into Odoo workflows and automations: responsibilities, approval paths, mandatory information, status changes and handovers. You document the logic and support testing with the relevant teams.
- Build the Dubai operating model: You establish the local processes and standards of the new Dubai site from the ground up, including its interfaces with the teams in Germany and production partners in China.
- Implement, do not merely recommend: You run structured improvement projects, organise pilots, collect practical feedback and turn the final process into a working routine rather than an unused concept.
- Remove grey zones early: You identify unclear responsibilities, duplicate steps, missing handovers and recurring exceptions. You resolve them with the people doing the work and update the standard before they become normal practice.
- Make adoption stick: You introduce new processes clearly, support colleagues during the change and check whether the agreed standard is actually being used in daily work.
