Job summary

Kaizen in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Odoo Functional Consultant to build and maintain POCs, demo environments, and rapid AI-assisted prototypes. You will map current and future business processes, translate requirements into functional specs, and collaborate with project teams and clients to implement solutions.

AI tooling is a standard part of our delivery. The consultant leads discovery, validates AI outputs, and ensures correct outcomes with the client.

• Translate requirements into Odoo functional specifications and solutions.
• Coordinate with PMs, developers and clients for implementation and validation.

Build and maintain POCs and demo environments including rapid AI-assisted prototypes Prepare functional documentation BRDs FRDs user stories process flows use cases configuration guides user guides and process manuals Analyse and understand clients business processes requirements and pain points Conduct meetings and workshops with clients to gather analyze and document requirements Map As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Translate business requirements into Odoo functional requirements and appropriate solutions Work closely with clients Project Managers Developers and other team members to ensure requirements are properly implemented Conduct gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and client requirements identify functional gaps and recommend appropriate solutions configurations workarounds or customizations while minimizing unnecessary development Prepare and maintain functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents BRD Functional Requirement Documents FRD user stories process flows use cases user guides and process manuals Support the configuration testing and validation of Odoo modules based on approved business requirements Coordinate with developers regarding customization requirements integrations reports and workflows Visit client sites when required for pre-sales activities gap analysis implementation training or post-implementation support
