Job summary

GCC Solutions Group in Dubai seeks a senior origination professional to own the new-business pipeline across the group—from identifying opportunities to closing engagements.

You will leverage relationships with law firms, private banks, fund managers, family offices and international companies entering the Gulf to originate cross‑sell opportunities across corporate services, legal structuring, and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in business development, sales or client origination with trackable results.
• Proven ability to originate and close new business with numbers to speak to.
• Existing UAE network to activate, especially with family offices and fund managers.
• Solid knowledge of the UAE mainland and free zones and how foreign companies establish here.
• Excellent spoken and written English with senior-stakeholder presence.
• CRM discipline: keep pipeline current and actionable.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-business pipeline end to end: identify, qualify, pitch and close.
• Build a referral network across law firms, accounting, private banks, fund administrators, and family offices in the UAE and Gulf.
• Develop direct relationships with founders, fund managers and international companies entering the region.
• Prepare and present proposals, fee estimates and engagement scopes; negotiate terms.
• Sell across the group: corporate services, formation, legal structuring, capital markets and trusts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across entities and originate that work.
• Track competitor positioning and pricing; advise on packaging.
• Support Riyadh expansion with Saudi-originations as the office grows.
• Maintain the Zoho CRM pipeline for forecasting and weekly reporting.
• Represent the group at conferences, chambers of commerce and industry events.

GCC Group is a Dubai-headquartered corporate services, legal structuring and capital markets group operating as GCC Solutions, GCC Law, Gulf Equity Partners and Gulf Trust, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Kuwait. We are a small, senior team serving founders, family offices, fund managers and international companies entering the Gulf.

This is a senior origination role. You will own new business across the group: finding the clients, opening the conversations, and closing the work.

Our clients do not arrive through advertising. They come through relationships — with law firms, accountants, private banks, fund administrators, family offices and the people who advise them. Building and working that network is the substance of this job. You will need the standing to sit across from a family office principal or a fund manager and be taken seriously, and the commercial judgement to know which opportunities are worth the firm's time.

What you will do:

• Own the new-business pipeline end to end: identify, qualify, pitch and close
• Build a referral network across law firms, accounting practices, private banks, fund administrators, consultants and family offices in the UAE and wider Gulf
• Develop direct relationships with founders, fund managers and international companies establishing in the region
• Prepare and present proposals, fee estimates and engagement scopes; negotiate commercial terms within agreed parameters
• Sell across the full group offering — corporate services and company formation, legal structuring, capital markets and trust — rather than a single line
• Identify where an existing client of one entity has a need another entity can meet, and originate that work
• Track competitor positioning and fee levels across the UAE and KSA, and advise on service packaging and pricing
• Support the Riyadh expansion with Saudi-market origination as that office grows
• Maintain the pipeline in Zoho CRM to a standard that lets management forecast, and report weekly on movement, conversion and forecast against target
• Represent the group at conferences, chambers of commerce and industry events across the Gulf

Job requirements

• Seven or more years in business development, sales or client origination, including at least three selling professional services — corporate services, legal, financial services or consulting
• A demonstrable track record of originating and closing new business, with numbers you can speak to
• An existing professional network in the UAE that you can activate — this is the single most important requirement
• Solid working knowledge of the UAE business environment: mainland and free zone structures, licensing, and what it takes for a foreign company to establish here
• Commercial judgement — able to qualify hard, walk away from poor-fit work, and protect the firm's time
• Excellent spoken and written English, and the presence to hold a senior room
• CRM discipline: you keep your pipeline current without being asked
• Currently in the UAE with a transferable visa or eligible for a new employment visa
• UAE driving licence

Preferred

• Arabic language skills
• Experience selling into family offices, fund managers or high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with ADGM and DIFC structures, fund formation, or trust and succession planning
• Existing relationships in Saudi Arabia
• Experience in a boutique or founder-led firm where you carried a number personally

What we offer
