Job summary

KEYMAVENS is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager – Real Estate Investments to join its Investment Department. You will originate, qualify, and develop high-quality real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE, leveraging a strong UAE network to bring well-qualified opportunities for evaluation.

The role requires a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, proven deal origination, and the ability to lead partnerships and JV

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Proven experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions or partnerships.
• Strong existing network within Dubai's real estate market.
• Experience sourcing off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
• Experience with JVs, land transactions, acquisitions, distressed assets or development opportunities is desirable.
• Qualifications relevant to real estate investment are an advantage.

KEYMAVENS is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and highly connected Business Development Manager – Real Estate Investments to join its Investment Department. The role is responsible for originating, qualifying and developing high-quality real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.

The ideal candidate combines a strong UAE real estate network, relationship-building ability and the discipline to bring well-qualified opportunities to the Investment Department for further analysis and evaluation.

Required Experience

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Proven experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions, development, brokerageor strategic partnerships.
• Strong and proven existing network within Dubai's real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
• Experience dealing directly with landowners, developers, HNWI and Family Owned Offices/investors and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with JVs, land transactions, acquisitions, distressed assets or development opportunities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and development landscape.
