Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive direct sales of retail mortgage products in Dubai. You will target growth, build a robust pipeline and close opportunities while maintaining exceptional service.

In this role, you will combine fluency in English and Arabic with a strong ability to communicate, report performance, and ensure compliance to foster long-term client relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in direct sales of home loans.
• At least 1 year banking experience (local or international).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Strong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
