Job summary

Yubi is seeking a senior sales leader in the UAE to design and execute a channel-driven growth strategy for mortgage aggregation. You will drive partnerships with aggregators and large broker groups, manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to disbursal, and equip partners with the tools and training needed for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree required.
• 10-12 years of overall sales experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in Mortgage Aggregation.
• Proven track record in channel or distribution-led growth within the UAE or GCC market.
• Strong command of mortgage underwriting and credit analysis frameworks.
• Deep understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations and RERA guidelines.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
