Job summary

Yubi is seeking a seasoned SME lending leader to drive acquisition and onboarding across the MENA region. You will mentor a team of loan acquisition specialists and onboarding managers to scale high-quality borrowers onto the YubiLoans platform.

This role requires deep SME lending knowledge, strategic KPI discipline, and strong collaboration with lenders and product teams to optimize onboarding, matching, and growth with corporate clients and industry associations.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in SME lending, fintech, or financial services.
• 3-5 years in a team management role focused on borrower acquisition or relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape in the MENA region.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital lending platforms and SaaS solutions.
