Job summary

HUAN QIAO Event Management is seeking a driven Exhibition Stand Booth Sales Executive to sell both new and existing exhibition stands. You will contribute to strategic sales initiatives and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the success of events.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the exhibition industry, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for events is also necessary.

• Support the preparation of sales promotional materials.
• Help develop prospects and expand the exhibitor database.
• Contact potential markets to acquire new exhibitors.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure high event standards.
• Lead and train junior sales team members when required.
• Deliver on financial revenue and sales targets.
• Develop and implement new sales programs and initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
• Effectively manage key accounts and negotiate with tenacity.
• Maintain organized and systematic follow-up processes.

Qualifications
