Salt in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across a portfolio of flagship events in the Middle East. You will implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in securing revenue, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-8 years' sales experience within events/exhibitions.
• Proven track record in securing sponsorship and exhibition revenue.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across major regional and international events.
• Lead sales campaigns to meet and exceed strategic and financial targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with clients, agents, and government trade bodies to secure exhibitors.
• Develop and implement key account management strategies to maximise retention and acquisition.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and introduce new sales innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure exhibitions are delivered to the highest standard.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring to sales teams.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
