Pulak Global Ventures in Dubai seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive international client acquisition in fintech, forex, and crypto. You will identify opportunities, onboard new clients, and coordinate with trading and tech teams.

The role offers a fixed monthly salary USD 3,000–7,000, with probation and performance-based components; English and/or Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Formación

• At least 1 year in Forex, Crypto, or Financial Markets.
• Understanding of Forex concepts: currency pairs, leverage, spreads.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and trading bots is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable trading products, solutions, and services.
• Provide ongoing client support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Assist clients with the setup and implementation of algorithmic trading bots and trading infrastructure.
• Respond to client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other business development channels.
• Maintain client records, sales pipelines, and regular performance reports.
• Work towards monthly business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and improve client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Forex, Cryptocurrency, Financial Markets, FinTech, or a related industry.
• Basic understanding of Forex trading concepts, including currency pairs, leverage, spreads, trading platforms, and market operations.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5, algorithmic trading, Expert Advisors (EAs), or trading bots will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English or Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. Candidates proficient in both languages will be preferred.
• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience dealing with international clients is an added advantage.

Compensation & Performance Structure

Monthly Compensation: USD 3,000 – 7,000

The final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, capabilities, market knowledge, and demonstrated business development performance.

Probation Period – First 3 Months

• All new employees will undergo an initial three-month probation period.
• Performance will be evaluated based on client acquisition, successful onboarding, revenue generation, client management, and overall contribution to the business.
• Clearly defined monthly KPIs and performance targets will be communicated at the beginning of employment.
• Confirmation of permanent employment will be subject to satisfactory performance and achievement of the agreed probation objectives.

Performance & Target-Based Compensation

This is a target-driven position with clearly defined performance expectations.

• Monthly KPIs and business development targets will be established and mutually communicated.
• The agreed compensation structure will be linked to the achievement of defined performance targets.
• Salary eligibility, any performance-linked components, and applicable incentives will be governed by the agreed employment and compensation terms.
• Consistent underperformance against agreed targets may result in a formal performance review and appropriate employment action in accordance with the employment agreement and applicable labour laws.

Important: The company will provide written clarity on the fixed salary, variable incentives, target thresholds, and applicable payout conditions before employment begins.
