Crown Accounting & Tax Consultants in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. The role combines field and office work, requiring you to generate new B2B leads, contact decision-makers, arrange meetings and convert opportunities into paying clients.

You will work with a developing professional services firm, leveraging LinkedIn, WhatsApp and direct outreach to build long-term relationships and deliver consistent sales

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of UAE B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting, tax, business setup, PRO services or related professional services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication; Hindi/Urdu a plus.
• Confident in cold calling, client meetings and negotiations.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital prospecting methods.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• UAE driving licence and own transportation an advantage.
• Willing to do both office-based and field sales.

Crown Accounting & Tax Consultants is a growing accounting and tax consultancy firm in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base. Headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, the firm supports startups and established enterprises with services such as auditing, bookkeeping, VAT consultancy, UAE corporate tax advisory, business setup support, and legal compliance.

Role Description:

The BDE will be responsible for:

• Generate new B2B leads for Crown Accounting & Tax Consultants.
• Prospect UAE companies through LinkedIn, Google Maps, WhatsApp, phone calls and direct visits.
• Identify businesses requiring:
• Contact business owners, CEOs, finance managers and decision-makers.
• Explain Crown's services professionally.
• Arrange online and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up with prospects regularly.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Maintain daily prospecting and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of UAE B2B sales/business development experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting, tax, business setup, PRO services, corporate services, banking, insurance or other professional services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Confident in cold calling, client meetings and negotiations.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital prospecting methods.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Compensation:

AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month + attractive sales commission

Additional performance incentives may be provided based on achieving sales targets.
