Job summary

Estative Technologies Ltd — DIFC in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in real estate and investments. You will build partnerships, present solutions, and close deals while coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

The role requires strong real estate and investment background, robust networking, and a drive to perform in a 6-day work week environment. Dubai-based relocation is welcomed.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER — DUBAI

AED 12,000–15,000/month + up to AED 10,000 performance bonus

Estative a Real estate development and marketing company, is looking for a strong, ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in real estate and investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build strong, long-term relationships with developers and brokers
• Actively prospect and identify new opportunities
• Present Estative's solutions and opportunities
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements
• Build and maintain a strong business relationship and pipeline
• Represent Estative at meetings, networking events and industry activities
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in real estate and investment — mandatory
• Strong Business Development / Sales experience
• Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of real estate investment and market opportunities
• Ability to build relationships with investors, developers and business partners
• Proven ability to prospect, open new channels and generate business
• Confident, professional and highly motivated personality
• Target-driven and organized
• Comfortable working 6 days per week
• Arabic is an advantage

Dubai experience is not mandatory.
