Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for our telecom services, including eSIM and mobile plans. You will build frameworks from scratch and partner with product leadership to enable innovation while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and external regulators to identify and mitigate conduct risks, ensuring smooth product launches and robust risk controls across Revolut’s telecom offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in telecommunications sector focusing on conduct and compliance risk.
• Strong understanding of how regulatory and business risk interact.
• Highly adaptable to fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance domain expertise to the 1LoD and offer solutions to telecom-specific compliance issues.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for Revolut’s telecom services, including eSIM and mobile plans. You’ll be our in‑house telecom compliance authority, building frameworks from scratch and partnering closely with product leadership to ensure we meet regulatory requirements while enabling innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing compliance domain expertise to the 1LoD, and offering solutions to compliance problem statements specific to our Telecom team
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
• Identifying potential regulatory compliance and conduct risks in our telecommunications offerings, and driving implementation of controls to ensure we operate within our risk appetite
• Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
• Reviewing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
• Ensuring risk management processes for customer operations are robust and occur in a timely manner
• Identifying regulatory challenges and addressing/implementing changes promptly
• Liaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, MLRO, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.)

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Experience within the telecommunications industry (e.g., mobile services, broadband, VoIP, network infrastructure), with a focus on conduct and compliance risk
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
