Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 3+ years in operational resilience or risk management within the financial industry.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning.
