Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for our telecom services, including eSIM and mobile plans. You will build frameworks from scratch and partner with product leadership to enable innovation while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and external regulators to identify and mitigate conduct risks, ensuring smooth product launches and robust risk controls across Revolut’s telecom offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in telecommunications sector focusing on conduct and compliance risk.
• Strong understanding of how regulatory and business risk interact.
• Highly adaptable to fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance domain expertise to the 1LoD and offer solutions to telecom-specific compliance issues.
• Act as a bridge between 1LoD and 2LoD teams.
• Ensure product launches are compliant and ahead of regulatory curve.
• Identify regulatory risks in telecom offerings and drive control implementations.
• Develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.
• Equip product teams with knowledge and tools to embed compliance in innovation.
