Revolut Ltd in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Product Owner to own the product roadmap from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to deliver features customers love.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set goals and metrics, and communicate with senior management to drive ROI-focused product decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related areas (acquiring, payments, investments, crypto, insurance).
• 2+ years proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
• 1+ years experience managing people
• Eye for great UX/UI and design best practices
• High analytical acumen and ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and leading with leadership
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• Ability to deliver insights under ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

About the role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
• Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
• Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
• 1+ years of experience managing people
• An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
