Job summary

Revolut Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Risk Manager to oversee risk management within our crypto entity, aligning frameworks with global standards and local regulations. You will identify, assess and document risks, independently test controls, and develop procedures.

The role requires strong data interpretation, cross-functional collaboration, and a disciplined, methodical approach to protect the business and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology.
• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data for risk-based decisions.
• Proven track record in business and/or academic settings.
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and multitask.
• Organised and methodical approach.

About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating the application of the risk management framework within our crypto entity

What You'll Need
