Accor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a professional Bus Team Leader to supervise bus operations, coordinate routes, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will lead drivers, drive performance, and collaborate with maintenance to keep fleets in top condition.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a solid background in public transportation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi within a luxury hospitality setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Implement and monitor driver training programs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep.
• Analyze route efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions.
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metrics.
