Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East seeks a professional Bus Team Leader to join the transportation team in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee and coordinate bus operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and motivate your team.

Lead drivers, schedule routes, ensure compliance, manage training, and report on performance. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. This role is based at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and bus operations.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers with guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate daily bus operations, routes, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain records.
• Address customer complaints and concerns.
• Implement driver training programs.
• Collaborate with maintenance for vehicle upkeep.
• Analyze route efficiency and propose improvements.
• Handle emergencies with quick, informed decisions.
• Prepare reports on team performance and metrics.
