Ennismore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Bus Team Leader to oversee our transportation operations within the hospitality portfolio. You will lead a team of bus drivers, schedule routes, ensure safety compliance, and report performance metrics.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic a plus. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, on-site at our Abu Dhabi location. Join us to drive efficient operations across our guest transport services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Implement and monitor driver training programs
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep
• Analyze route efficiency and suggest improvements
• Handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metrics

Job Description / Role:

We are seeking a professional and decisive Bus Team Leader to join our transportation team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field
• Proven leadership experience with excellent team management skills
• Experience in bus fleet management

Education Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations

Languages:
