Zusammenfassung

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional and decisive Bus Team Leader to join our transportation team. You will oversee and coordinate bus operations, ensure safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members.

Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintain records. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to deliver reliable service.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in bus operations or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Job Description

As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Implement and monitor driver training programs
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep
• Analyze route efficiency and suggest improvements
• Handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field
• Proven leadership experience with excellent team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Validdriver's license
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Experience in bus fleet management
• Thorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
