Job summary

Kitopi is seeking a passionate Commis Chef experienced in burgers to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will assist in cooking and presenting dishes from international cuisines, following recipes and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

As part of the team, you’ll support senior chefs, ensure proper storage and labeling, and help maintain a clean, organized workstation while contributing to an efficient kitchen workflow with growth opportunities across Kitopi’s global network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef.
• Experience in burgers and similar is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes from various international cuisines.
• Follow recipes, standards and hygiene practices.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and rotation of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
