Job summary

Siham International Trading Co. is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – Burger to join a fast-paced gourmet kitchen in Dubai. The role focuses on preparing and executing gourmet burgers with consistent quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, strong meat prep knowledge, and excellent knife skills. You will lead the burger station during busy service and collaborate across the kitchen to ensure timely, high-standard outputs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a high-volume restaurant or F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cooking temperatures.
• Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the burger section during daily kitchen operations and service.
• Prepare and cook burgers according to established recipes and specifications.
• Ensure correct cooking temperatures and doneness for different meats.
• Prepare mise en place before and during service and maintain it throughout.
