Esco-Bar Dubai is seeking a CDP to manage a dedicated section of the kitchen in its Dubai venue, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards while guiding junior chefs.

The role requires strong culinary skills, the ability to work under pressure during peak service, and a focus on hygiene and food safety. A HACCP or equivalent certification is preferred, and current Dubai base is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a CDP in a Dubai restaurant/bar kitchen.
• Knowledge of relevant cuisine.
• Food safety/hygiene certification (HACCP or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service.

Responsabilidades
